I believe all leaders are internally resourceful and skilled to deal with complex issues. I help leaders to think clearly, manage their energy and make informed decisions with new insights. My ‘repertoire’ approach is client-centered and tailored to meet unique leadership challenges faced by my clients.

Results Achieved

The President of a large Saudi organization was considered a star performer who consistently delivered excellent results. However, he was not aware of a blind spot that was becoming a barrier in the quality of his decision making. Once I helped him discover the blind spot and its potential impact, he consciously changed his signature process of arriving at a major decision. The impact of this change was felt and recognized far and wide beyond his own organization.

I coached a leadership team of a very prestigious R&D organization in Saudi Arabia. The team was not recognizing the potential of interdisciplinary contribution: each research center had to innovate product and solutions. After a series of sessions, the team was able to identify several new ideas and patents in a short span of time.

Professional History

I have held responsible positions and made a high impact on organizational excellence and bottom line. A unique mix of senior management and advisory roles in various organizations in the Arabian Gulf helped me accumulate practical wisdom which is found highly useful by my clients.


I received my MS Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Saudi Arabia. I completed executive education from London Business School and the global management program from INSEAD. I am a MCC coach of International Coaching Federation (ICF) and PhD candidate in Leadership Coaching at Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. I am also certified and experienced in various leadership assessments including MBTI, EQi, Global Leadership 360 and Corporate Athlete.
