Most of my clients are from multinational and national companies with overseas operations. In most cases I work with Entrepreneurs, HR professionals, Sales and Marketing executives and middle managers that need to develop skills to continue growing. They tend to work with me as partners and fully trust in my coaching skills, global vision and experience as entrepreneur.

RESULTS ACHIEVED

I coached a young, top talent leader of one of the most important brewing companies of the world. He entered into the company as an Executive Trainee with a mid-term plan to become a Strategic Planning Director. The six months coaching program supported the leader to develop new skills, change behaviors and enhancing his competencies of impacting and influencing people. He successfully passed the company’s Leadership Assessment and became the youngest Director of the company. A year ago, the company sent him to France, to study a master degree in Corporate Affairs.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

I have over 10 years of experience in management consulting services. I have managed several HR consulting projects such as: Identification of HIPOs, Executive and Middle Management Search, Talent Acquisition Projects, Trainee Programs, Succession Planning, Coaching, Outplacements, Leadership Assessments and Training Development Programs. I am currently the General Manager of CL Selection, Managing Partner of Cornerstone in Peru and Managing Director of Career Partners International in Peru.

COACHING APPROACH:

I always build relationships of trust and high degree of communication in order to receive the maximum amount of real information. I am sensitive to my clients’ concern and main areas of challenge but at the same time, I always focus on the business result of my client and the organization, making sure the goals of both are aligned. Always wrap up the session and give feedback before closing it.

Each engagement is for an average of three to five months with a session per week, normally 60 minutes per face session.
