My 32 years of public safety experience in local, national, and international service delivery and policy development helped me accumulate a vast experience in leadership and management. I Have sat on Boards and Committees advising the Commissioners of Public Health and Public Safety in Massachusetts, the Chief of the US Forest Service, and Director of Fire Services for the Department of Interior. I currently represent the Governor of Massachusetts on an International Wildfire Prevention and Response Compact.
I received an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science Technology and Certification as an Executive Fire Officer from the National Emergency Management Training Center (US). I was certified as a Paramedic for 32 years. I am an Eagle Scout.
I am a certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Certified in the Results System. Additionally, I have experience delivering 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, Enneagram, MBTI, and DISC for personal development.
