This is a 65-hour coach training program approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH). The program consists of three levels of training:

Level I training is presented in a two-day live session;

Levels II and III are presented through live telephone conferencing (Teleclasses).

Members who successfully complete Level I and Level II will be awarded the designation of Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (“CCEC”). The CCEC training is intended to provide the Executive with coaching skills that improve their effectiveness in interacting with members of his management team as well with different stakeholders.

Members who successfully complete Levels l, II and III may apply for ICF membership. Upon meeting additional ICF requirements, ICF members may then apply for the ICF Certification as an Associate Certified Coach (“ACC”). The successful completion of the Executive Coaches Accreditations Training Levels I, II and III, in combination with receiving the ICF’s ACC certification, provides CIGL members with the entry level training and experience necessary to provide professional executive coaching services, preferably initially with the supervision of a qualified Mentor Coach.

Executive Coaches Accreditations Training is provided through our Cornerstone member of San Diego Master Coaches (“SDMC”). Eileen Hannegan, Chair of Cornerstone Executive Coaching Division, is the managing member of SDMC. Eileen is certified as a Master Certified Coach by the ICF, the highest level of certification by that organization.
