Our search process adheres to the traditional focus on competencies – the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, track record and personal attributes. However, we believe the candidate’s compatibility with the client’s organization is paramount to a successful search.

We use state-of-the-art assessment tools to evaluate how well the candidate’s style, values, thinking process, rational thinking and emotional thinking “fits.” Our clients receive an evaluation of each candidate’s traits, abilities and special talents, enabling them to make the best possible hiring decision.

Approximately one-half of our clients are manufacturers of either consumer or industrial products; we have strong contacts and a track record in many other sectors as well, including mining, financial services, energy and communications. Many of our clients operate globally, which takes advantage of our membership in Cornerstone International Group.

We work extensively at the C-suite and the VP levels, but we also work at the Director and Senior Individual Contributor levels and in all functional areas.

  • Executive Coaching, targeted at developing high potential employees, evaluating talent or resolving specific issues with key employees, is conducted by an International Coaching Federation Credentialed Coach.
  • Leadership Assessments enable clients to better understand, develop and manage employees or evaluate potential employees they have recruited through other sources. Our proprietary assessment is arguably the most thorough one in existence.
