Before joining Cornerstone Korea, she worked as a consultant specializing in the ICT sector at leading domestic and global executive search firms, gaining extensive experience in sourcing and recommending talent across diverse industries.
Prior to her career in executive search, Stella spent 14 years at IBM Korea, where she served as an AI Project Team Leader and Cloud Consultant. In this role, she successfully led AI, advanced data analytics, and cloud transformation projects for major conglomerates and global companies in technology, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and digital industries.
Leveraging her combined consulting and industry experience, Stella has successfully placed top talent ranging from technical specialists to senior executives through highly customized search processes. She is widely recognized by global clients for her results-driven approach, strong relationship-building skills, and rigorous candidate evaluation methodology.
