An alumnus of IIM (Ahmedabad) & IIT (Kanpur) , Mr. Sinha brings in over 30 years of post qualification industry experience as a management consultant, business executive and executive coach & mentor. His expertise areas include business transformation & technology led change management, organization design & performance management. He has worked with leading US, European and Indian majors in a variety of sectors including family managed & government owned enterprises.
He serves on the advisory board for Harvard Business Review and is also a member of the CII –Sub-Committee on HR & Training (Western Region).
He is a certified Master Coach accredited by the International Coaching Council.
Mr. Sinha began his career with Asian Paints – an industry leader widely recognized for excellence in management – where he headed HR and Systems development at the corporate level.
He headed the global management consulting business for billion dollar plus IT majors (HCL Technologies & Keane Inc.) & ran a successful UK based advisory firm addressing European clients on globalization & entry into emerging markets.
