Mike Milby joined Ratliff & Taylor in 2002 and currently serves as President & CEO. In addition to managing daily business operations, he leads the company’s Fortune 1000 Executive Search practice and consults with client companies on a broad range of strategic human resource issues.
Due to the outstanding reputation he has established in coaching executives, Mike is routinely engaged by business leaders throughout Northeast Ohio to provide counsel on a variety of talent acquisition and leadership development issues.
Mike holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Centre College of Kentucky. He is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Cleveland and has served as a board member for several small, closely held corporations.
Mike has also been a member of Vistage, the world’s largest chief executive organization, and was a founding member of one of its Cleveland chapters.
Prior to Ratliff & Taylor, Mike worked 18 years as a human resources executive for a Fortune 1000 consumer products company.
