Prior to joining the Cornerstone network Jyri has pushed the agile transformation envelope from several senior executive positions (CEO, SVP, VP) in companies of different size, ranging from multibillion corporations to mid size companies.

Jyri started to work with agile methods in a start-up during the Internet bubble in the early 2000. “Agile” was not the used word back then, but “try it, fix it”, experimenting and validating were the hot topics.

Along the way the by far the best commercial success stories have been based on agile, customer centric best practices. But there has also been a lot of banging the head against the wall, which has resulted in invaluable learnings and understanding of the dynamics of corporate transformations.
