Prior to joining Cornerstone International Group, June was a client solution leader of a global career & talent consulting firm. June led the Northern China team to achieve the BD target. June also helped clients in different industries to conduct talent review and customize talent development and career transition programs.
In June’s earlier career, she was a key account manager at American Management Associate, managing key accounts across different industries including telecom companies, FMCG, Household Appliances companies.
June has many successful track records in acting as the clients’ trusted partner, aligning with clients’ business strategies to help clients analyze their talent needs, integrate the right resources to deliver talent development programs, achieve the expected outputs and gain appreciation from clients.
June is a season professional in diagnosing root cause of problems and providing the most relevant solutions promptly to clients. Throughout the years, she has built solid experience and track record with many clients. Services provided include different solutions and tools for talent review & assessments, building up competency modeling, skill based training, action learning and executive coaching solutions.
