After obtaining a Degree in IT Engineering from the International University of Nettuno, Alessandro founded a technology start-up in 1999 that he ran until 2010.
He continues supporting organizations in the development of Business Agility, in adopting agile values and principles and in trying out experimental agile methodologies.
Alessandro has 20 years of professional experience in individual and team coaching and has earned the following certifications: PMI-PMP, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, PSM and PSPO.
