Hamid Naseem is a Client Partner with Cornerstone, focused on executive search across luxury and lifestyle hospitality. He brings to the practice a rare combination of award-winning operational leadership and more than two decades of senior hotel management across the United States and Asia.
At Cornerstone, Hamid advises hospitality clients on the appointment of General Managers, Hotel Managers, and Director-level leaders. With over twenty years of operating experience across some of the world’s most demanding luxury brands, he brings a practitioner’s understanding of what high-performance leadership looks like from the inside, and a robust international network to his clients.
His General Manager career spans The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Dorchester Collection, and Hilton, earning Forbes Five-Star recognition and the distinction of Best General Manager by Menduner. He is also a Certified Hospitality Educator with the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Hamid specializes in identifying and placing talent who can drive innovation, navigate cultural complexity, and elevate brand standards — bridging the gap between what hospitality organizations need and what the market rarely surfaces through conventional hiring. Assignments span luxury and lifestyle hotels and franchise restaurants, with a focus on executives experienced in openings, transitions, rebranding, and full-scale operations.
Originally from Pakistan, Hamid studied in Switzerland and New York and has lived in more than fourteen cities around the world. His operational career was shaped by a rigorous academic foundation spanning New York University, EHL (Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne), and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland. That global, hands-on exposure shapes how he reads talent, evaluates fit, and partners with clients across diverse cultural and operating environments.
