Emmanuel joined Cornerstone Paris | Peak Life Science in 2014 as an International Partner in Executive Search, advising life sciences clients on senior leadership and board-level appointments. He began his career at PwC before joining the pharmaceutical industry in 1997, building extensive international experience in Finance and Business Development & Licensing with Aventis Pharma, Fournier Pharma, and Solvay Pharmaceuticals across Europe and Asia. He later led international strategic projects with Chemo and Urgo, driving market entries in Asia, Turkey, and Brazil. Emmanuel combines financial and operational expertise with systemic coaching (Meta-system®), supporting boards and executive teams on leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. Having lived and worked in Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai, he adds a strong intercultural dimension to his advisory work. He graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a dual Global Executive MBA from the University of Toronto and St. Gallen University. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Japanese.
