Linda Gray is Senior Vice President and Practice Lead of Executive Search for Ratliff & Taylor, Cornerstone’s member firm in Cleveland, Ohio. She oversees all aspects of the retained search practice, working closely with clients as well as leading the team of search consultants.
She is also leader of the Non-Profit Search Practice for Cornerstone
Linda is directly responsible for the quality of each search and the entire client experience. She is known for building exceptional relationships with clients and candidates, assessing talent strategies and business needs, engaging top talent and consulting on current labor market trends.
A significant component of Linda’s role has been to lead several non-profit organizations in recruiting the next level of leadership. Linda and her team have excelled in identifying the right “fit” for both the candidate and the organization. The Non-Profit sector has accounted for approximately 15% of Ratliff & Taylor’s entire search practice.
As leader of the Cornerstone Non-Profit Practice group, Linda will be helping to build the practices of 58 member offices in 36 countries around the world.
In addition to her primary responsibilities in leading the search team, Linda also engages in public speaking and is often asked to present on a variety of topics related to talent management and talent acquisition.
Prior to joining the firm, Linda has held top leadership roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at organizations including Timken, KeyBank and Weltman, Weinberg & Reis.
