Elaine has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and selection of executives. She began her career as a researcher for the executive division of Cornerstone in Shanghai in 1996, becoming Director and Team Leader of Consultants in China.
With her science background, she accumulated extensive experience recruiting for the Industrial & Chemical business and financial positions.
Elaine closely follows both clients and candidates, and provides step by step and practical support to ensure win-win situations for both parties.
She is also a Certified Executive Coach, she provides Career Coaching and Outplacement Services to clients and candidates with whom she serves.
