Enori Larrabure is Cornerstone Talent Management Manager, one of Cornerstone´s verticals in Peru’s operation.
Previous Experience
She is a senior executive and strategic consultant in Talent Management, with experience in various Human Resources processes such as talent acquisition, training and development, focused in employability, career transition, leadership development and transformational project management related to strategic consultancy in organizational internal procedures.
Enori has previous experience in the hydroelectric sector, food & beverages and in nongovernmental organizations. She has international experience in Spain and Peru, working for multinational companies.
Additional Professional Activities
Enori has lead executive search processes, for middle management and directive roles giving support to local and multinational companies of different sectors such as FMCG, banking, manufacturing, retail, mining, among others. She is also a regular spokesperson for business newspapers as Diario Gestión and Semana Económica, on subjects such as Talent Management and Professional Development.
Education
Enori holds a degree in Politics Science and Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master in Business Management with a specialization in International Business from IE Business School. She is also a Certificated Career Coach by Career Partners International.
