Elena has worked for more than 20 years in companies in the Executive Search sector, such as MRI Worldwide, SRA International and Mansfield Associates and has managed projects in the areas of IT, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Technology Consulting and Investment Funds in Real Estate.
Elena has specialized in start ups, covering positions from the Country Manager to the entire management team: Commercial, Marketing, Technical, Presale, CDO, CTO. Previous her joining ExcellentSearch, Elena has developed her professional career in Australia for 9 years.
She holds a degree in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, has a Master in Human Resources from TAFE (Sydney) and is bilingual in English.
