Sandra offers insightful perspectives gleaned from her decades of experience as an HR leader, negotiator and facilitator with global organizations including Siemens, Domtar, Toyota Motor Manufacturing and ArcelorMittal Long Products. In senior HR roles with Canadian and US scope, she has collaborated with leadership colleagues to develop and support initiatives in all functional disciplines of HR. Her acute best-practice focus has driven results such as a financial performance improvement of 150%; a title of Benchmark for Health & Safety; and cost reductions of $2.5 M in a 3-year period through Kaizen implementation.

A Certified Human Resources Leader, Sandra is a Kaizen Facilitator and holds advanced certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has studied Industrial Relations at Queen’s University and Labour Relations at Athabasca University.
