Adriana Arce is specialized in the Executive Search and Recruitment practice for the Information and Technology, Retail and Services sectors.
She graduated in Psychology with an MBA at the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica. She has been working in the Human Talent sector since 1986.
Adriana is a subject matter expert in areas of Organizational Development, Culture, Organizational Climate, Training and Career Transition. With a strong background in Costa Rican labor law and legislation she is sought after by companies and individuals as an HR expert.
The early part of her career was spent in HR positions at well known Latin American Non-Profit international educational organizations such IICA and CATIE. She then moved to work in the fascinating and ever-growing IT sector at a well established local company. She participates actively in business associations such as Amcham, Procomer and CINDE.
Adriana is married, has two children and resides in the province of Cartago, east of the Capital City of Costa Rica.
