Adriana Paez is Managing Partner at Cornerstone Costa Rica. Her role consists in working with our Advisory Business Consultants in addressing complex people solutions that targets our clients’ real business needs.
Adriana has worked with a wide variety of local Costa Rica and global International clients; recently her main focus has been on the design of solutions related to Leadership Transformation, Talent Management and Executive Search initiatives.
Her experience also includes leading projects involving behavioral competency modeling, assessment processes, leadership & managerial development interventions, employee engagement measurement and design of retention strategies. Other areas of expertise are Job Evaluation and Reward Strategies, as well as helping organizations rolling out the right reward tools to support the retention of critical skills.
Adriana’s career includes working for different top consulting firms such Pricewaterhouse, Deloitte and well known multinational companies including HP, IBM and GlaxoSmithKline, always spearheading projects to support the Leadership & Talent practice of these companies.
Adriana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, a B.A in Business, and is accredited with the Costa Rican Human Resources Society and Costa Rican Economics Science College.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
