Most of my clients are Senior Executives who want to improve their own performance as well as the performances of their teams and their organizations to achieve breakthrough results. I partner with them to accelerate their transitioning into a new role or onboarding to a new company. We work together for them to effectively deal with their demanding positions, clarify their strategic challenges and expand their leadership presence, skills and impacts.
As a French citizen based in Singapore since 2010 and previously in Australia, I speak fluent French and English. I have partnered with clients from more than 20 different nationalities across the globe including Australia, Britain, China, France, Hong Kong, Germany, Luxembourg, Malaysia, North America, Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Indonesia, Ukraine and Vietnam.
Results Achieved
Example #1: Two leaders have been promoted to co-share the CEO position by the Board of an International Company of 2500 employees. Coming from different culture and background, I accompanied the two of them to work together on two dimensions. Firstly, to identify their strengths and leadership styles, become aware of any potential derailers and understand each other’s personality. Through this process, they learnt to communicate openly with each other, to collaborate, co-decide and co-lead the whole organization efficiently.
Then, I supported them designing a new strategy reshaping the whole organization that would become their legacy. After six months of coaching, they successfully presented their plan to the Board and the Line Managers, and it was well received.
Example #2: The CIO of an FMCG Retailer was leading the 3-year project of Digital Transformation for the whole organization. I supported him to expand his leadership, develop his skills, and manage multidisciplinary and multi-site international teams.
Through one year of coaching, he was able to achieve great results at a fast pace and within a tight schedule. During the journey, he significantly grew his team, developed his direct reports and effectively practiced delegation, which paved the way to more engagement and the successful completion of the plan.
Professional History
My 25 years of pre-professional coaching in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur in the financial sector includes positions with one of Europe’s major banks (Crédit Mutuel CIC). I also co-founded and was Managing Director of a successful Fund Management Company (Pastel & Associés SA).
I had the opportunity to take responsibility for multiple business areas such as Fund Management, Risk Management, Business Development, and Learning and Development. The depth and diversity of my professional experiences allow me to offer my coaching clients the best combination of business acumen, leadership proficiency and non-judgmental authenticity.
Credentials
I hold a Master’s Degree in Financial Markets from Paris Dauphine University (D.E.S.S. 203), a Graduate Degree in Economics and Management from Paris I Sorbonne University and the Financial Analysis certification from the S.F.A.F. (French Society of Financial Analysts).
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® with The Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Organizational Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). I have completed the full Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching ORSC® Training Series with CCR Global and have been trained by Metasystem in Systemic Coaching and Leadership.
I am also a certified member of the Hogan Coaching Network, a NLP Master Practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation, Singapore Chapter. I have been certified in various psychometric assessments such as MBTI, 360°, FIRO, Hogan, Belbin, WorkPlace Big Five, Gallup StrengthsFinder, etc.

My coaching approach is solution and result-oriented. I support my clients in increasing their self-awareness in terms of their strengths and talents, their potential derailers and personal motivations, drives and values. I help them to move their roadblocks and discover new and constructive perspectives to create the changes they want. I accompany my clients by embracing all their dimensions and complexity and respecting their expertise, leadership and wisdom. I coach my client from a systemic perspective taking into account their whole system and network of relations.
