    Most of my clients are executive leaders, and those looking to become executive leaders, who want to lead from a place of authenticity.  I coach leaders in the private and public sector and have experience working as an internal and external coach.

    Results Achieved

    Leaders working in a VUCA environment benefit from my coaching as I help them transform the culture of their organization to be more innovative and inclusive which enables them to be more responsive to changes in the environment.  Focusing on leading with authenticity, leaders from various Fortune 500 companies that I have coached have shown tremendous upward mobility.

    For example, I coached an executive leader who had performance issues and was given last-chance coaching.  After a six-month engagement, the leader showed tremendous growth and was added to succession plans and viewed as a top performer. Another client that I coached on self-confidence and self-esteem is now working a dream job in Europe after a three-month engagement.

    I have over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in multiple industries, human medicine, animal medicine, mining, and missile defense to name a few. Most of my time in Human Resources has been spent, training and coaching individuals and groups. I have partnered with executive leadership teams to increase their productivity and effectiveness so that they met their strategic goals.

    Coaching Approach

    I approach each coaching engagement with an open mind. I work with clients to co-create a plan based on their specific coaching goals. I am very result-oriented and focus on using strengths to mitigate development areas. As a very direct and authentic coach, I often find that I can build trust quickly which allows for fast forward momentum. I use an integrative approach which allows me to coach the whole person and help them understand what areas in their life need to be modified for them to fully achieve their goals. I incorporate different tools when needed to help the coaching process such as gathering stakeholder information and helping clients achieve self-awareness.
