An ICF-certified Integral Development Coach with a passion for supporting the journey of discovery to optimize personal and professional strengths and empower goal achievement

As a seasoned development coach and management professional, Tanya works with leaders across myriad industries – from CEOs to Entrepreneurs and all levels in between – to help them realize their vision of success. She works within each client’s reality to launch a process of exploration, development and acceptance and invite them to embrace new possibilities. Self reflection to build awareness is often supported by individual or team-based processes that could include assessments of communication styles, values, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics.

Tanya brings a 30-year professional foundation of working with individuals and teams in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors. For 15 years, she worked within the Federal Public Service in positions of progressive management and executive responsibility. In this environment, she managed large-scale, multifaceted regional and national programs and projects with significant budgetary and human resource responsibilities. Upon successful transition to the private sector, she played an integral role in the creation, development, and day-to-day management of a successful real estate company.

After gaining accreditation as an integral coach, Tanya launched Red Bug Coaching & Consulting Inc., creating an entrepreneurial experience for herself. For the past 15 years she has shared her expertise, passion and compassion through both coaching and management consulting to a broad client base.

As a certified integral development coach, Tanya works with clients through their three centres of intelligence to develop or strengthen competencies, be they intellectual, emotional, or somatic in nature. Integral coaching allows the coach and the client to explore how people relate to themselves and to the world via relationships, work and play.

A senior account executive for an international design and manufacturing company was concerned that the leadership culture of the organization did not resonate with her own. By exploring her personal values, vision, skills and abilities, she gained clarity about herself and her career objectives. With coaching, she developed the capacity to articulate her power and identify a strategy for future growth.

Tanya’s passion for mindfulness led to the establishment of a personal meditation practice. For more than 10 years, she has worked to integrate mindfulness practices into her personal and professional life while supporting several organizations in the launch and integration of corporate programs.

Coaching engagements for Entrepreneurs span various industries: nutrition, web design, chartered public accountancy, financial services, food services, marketing, real estate
