    Typical Clients

    My clients come from senior to junior levels of management. They are looking for ways to communicate better and be more effective in their organizations while not losing their authentic voice or life balance.

    They are also looking for ways to move up in their organizations. My work has also been about helping departments and individuals deal with conflict. I have worked at some point in most industries throughout my career.

    Results Achieved

     I’ve taken a new director that felt she didn’t know how to be a director into becoming the Chief of Staff to the President of an organization within three months. The directors now all report to her. All she needed was to find her voice.

    I often become that one person a senior level manager can voice their concerns and fears to when it’s lonely at the top. Together we develop a strategy for success that is derived from a place of authentic assertiveness instead of fear driven aggression while empowering those around them.

    I helped a senior level geophysicist ask for the raise he felt he deserved which resulted in a $250,000 cash bonus and large salary increase while giving him the freedom to now design his own job description. He had no idea how valued he was in the organization because he had never taken the time to respect himself and ask for what he wanted. I just helped him find his courage and words.

    Professional History

     I bring over 25 years as top a national sales producer. I broke the glass ceiling for women in a billion dollar corporation becoming one of their top sales people in the country. I have run divisions of organizations, had my own recruiting company and been a speaker and coach for the past 18 years. As a coach I’ve worked with individuals from all levels including the Denver Bronco Alumni and the NFL Alumni about what’s next in life. My background of having been in a man’s world most of my life in business and while driving race cars for 12 years makes me very comfortable in helping individuals get where they want to be. I am the author of “Finding Traction: Recapture Your Drive at Work.”

    Credentials

    I have a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco, am a Certified Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute and am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
