I provide challenge and support to you and your team in achieving clarity of purpose and realizing professional and personal growth objectives.

I supported an experienced team leader to build a high-performing team in a high-pressured volatile and uncertain environment, improving team dynamics and interpersonal relationships and demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

I worked with the founder of a successful business to prepare for succession by developing and preparing the leadership team and embedding the vision and values of the organization.  This enabled the founder to focus on their vision for the future both within and outside of the business, and to put together an implementation strategy and timeline.

I enabled a large organization to retain a high potential woman by supporting her to reflect on opportunities to balance the demands of her personal and professional life in order to continue to progress within her organization in a different capacity.

Professional History

I am a coach and management consultant with twelve years’ experience designing and delivering complex projects across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East.  I have a track-record convening, coaching, and advising diverse stakeholders to deliver innovative and transformational projects to support businesses to grow.  I have experience building diverse and inclusive teams and have implemented a number of initiatives to support women, including founding a women’s network.  I previously spent eight years building and leading a development consultancy practice within the Management Consulting division of a large professional services firm with a global presence, where I personally experienced two major horizontal mergers and the accompanying culture change, restructuring, and changes in leadership. I have also spent two years working in delivering capacity-building support to policy-makers and SMEs in SE Asia; in public sector performance improvement as an advisor and evaluation consultant; and in the education sector in Japan.


I am a Certified Organizational Coach (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I hold an MBA from Warwick Business School and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.  I am a certified Agile Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (UK) and have advanced impact measurement and evaluation training.
