My coach approach to leadership and team development starts with inner growth for clarity and insight to achieve outer success. Intentional action aligned with a meaningful purpose, clear vision and shared values drive goals and outcomes. I help leaders embody compassion, courage, curiosity, and connection as critical qualities for systemic growth in both individual and team development that serves stakeholder and organizational goals. I’m passionate about creating successful coaching relationships built on trust and authentic communication and by leveraging strengths and potential into measurable results.

Results Achieved

A sales and marketing leader was experiencing rapid growth and needed to expand his team and delegate roles and responsibilities outside of his area of expertise. By welcoming other professionals and their unique skill to the team, the leader was able to empower each individual to achieve more significant results, thus driving sales growth and creating time outside of the demands of work to dedicate to his passions.

A young, ambitious team leader of a non-profit in the healthcare industry was contributing to her team beyond her limitations and wanted help navigating her management role and responsibilities and improving team productivity. By collaborating with and delegating more responsibility to the team, she created achievable outcomes that increased her performance, communication skills and identity as a leader and role model that supported organizational goals and professional growth.

Professional History

I have 20 years in the fast-paced food and beverage industry serving restaurants, retail and wholesale clients such as IGA, Whole Foods, Rockwater Resort, and Quattro Restaurants, providing rounded experience in production and strategic planning, team building and leadership. A further eight years as a licensed REALTOR® in residential real estate sales, developing client care and sales and marketing systems for growth. For the past three years, I’ve coached small business owners to find a balance between the demands of work, family and community involvement with a focus on identity, vision and values to drive solution-focused action and outcomes. Recent work involving team leaders in health care includes team design and collaboration to solve complex problems and create transformation effectively.


I am a certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. I received certified professional coach training (ECPC) from Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver, Canada, along with Group and Team Coaching Foundations at the University of British Columbia Continuing Education. I studied Small Business Development at Langara College and have over 15 years of small business and entrepreneurial development experience. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) with Yoga Alliance International and a certified meditation facilitator with the Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida, USA. I am a 3rd black belt in Aikido from Aikikai International, Japan, a best-selling coauthor, and have won awards for sales and marketing and entrepreneurial development. I love nature, outdoor pursuits, ancient history and travel.
