As Director of Leadership Development for Prudential Financial, he led the development and delivery of Prudential’s core management and leadership development programs for audiences spanning from new leaders to senior vice presidents.
Approximately $2 million was invested in these programs annually, which resulted in increased retention rates and employee engagement. Participants who attended these programs took on special projects, stretch assignments, and expanded their network to a greater extent than their peers.
In addition, they were 45% more likely to include talent development in their strategic plans.
As Director of Performance Management he developed and implemented an enterprise-wide online performance management system, resulting in a 100% increase in adherence to performance management process and improved ratings distribution.
