I am a consultant, mentor, trainer and an ICF PCC Certified coach focusing my activities in helping executives, individuals, teams, steering committees, boards of directors, etc., to improve their levels of satisfaction and results in all aspects of their personal and professional lives.

As mentor/coach I accompany senior and middle managers of multinational companies in developing their Leadership and Change skills at individual and teams level.

I am also working as Leadership skills trainer -Leading the uncertainty, High Performance Management (individual and teams), communication skills, etc.-, for the EAE Business School, Banco de Santander, SCE, etc.

I have also been speaker in various forums, seminars, coaching professional meetings, etc.

Results Achieved

I have been actively involved as mentor coach in a very ambitious organisational transformation initiative of a multinational company, leading the retail sector, aiming to transform its very successful business managers to become Change Leaders. To that purpose I have been accompanying 6 of its top Business Managers –fulltime, 7 days each- mentoring and coaching them to ensure they learn, embraced and incorporate the skills required to being a Change Agent and a Developer Leader. Bearing in mind that they were getting very good business results at that point of time, the challenge was to make them feel the need of changing the way they were managing their people up to then and to start thinking in terms of ensuring the future by adopting the new skills and habits of leadership required for both individuals and teams..

Since 2014 I am fully dedicated to coaching and mentoring top and middle managers and managing teams of a big variety of multinational companies and sectors –banking, insurance, retail, telco, etc.-, in aspects like: career development, conflicts management, communication barriers, teams management, change management, etc.

In December 2017 I had the honour of  participating in a cooperation project with the Non-Governmental Organization “RDT” –Rural Development Trust- led by Ana & Vicente Ferrer in Anantapur (India), having coached the Board of Directors (20 people) in Leadership and delegation skills. My challenge was to being able to facilitate the sessions successfully taking into account the differences in cultural behaviours.

Professional History

Along my professional life, spanning more than 25 years of experience, I have taken local and international responsibilities at all operational, people and top management levels in both European and American multinational companies. Having started my career in the Italian company Hispano Olivetti, then the German IT Nixdorf Computer, and then as Quality Manager, Customer Advocacy Manager and member of the Steering Committee, first in the French Thomson Multimedia and then in the Americans SUN Microsystems and Oracle.

I have led and actively participated at local and international level, in the implementation of initiatives, programs and projects related to continuous improvement, change management, Kaizen methodologies, six sigma, improvement of customer satisfaction, Vision, Mission and Shared Values, Talent Development, etc., in companies such as NIXDORF COMPUTER, THOMSON Consumer Electronics, SUN microsystems Inc. and Oracle.

Coaching Approach

Having been always working for multinational companies –Italian, German, French and American-, in many different positions -from engineer to Customer Advocacy Manager and member of the steering committees-, having led multinational initiatives and projects involving people of different countries and cultures, I am used to lead in the diversity as well as to the top management uses and language, what is key for coaching and mentoring top and middle managers.
