    Typical Clients

Through leadership coaching, systemic team coaching and action learning coaching, I work with professionals, emerging leaders, middle to senior executives and teams on areas around leadership, emotional intelligence, transition and change management, team engagement and alignment, personal and career development.

    Results Achieved

I’ve had the privilege of being coached by Lyn and firmly feel that others should receive the pleasure too. I find Lyn a patient listener, yet one who probes you deeply with hard heart questions. She doesn’t flinch from questioning why. As a result, I’ve been able to leave each session with great take-aways. Lyn has a deep reservoir of both theory and techniques from which she employs and deploys to great effect. Thank you, Lyn!” ~ Male, 50s, Managing Director

Lyn is the kind of coach you want to work with when you need strong support and challenge, whether it is a personal or work matter. She will help you find your way and your solution and being there at your side the whole journey.” ~ Female, 40s, Entrepreneur

Your sincerity and readiness in helping me look at my work challenges and gently guiding me has truly given me a new realm of understanding of how a leader show be as well. I have sat through various coaching sessions, some of which were of longer timeframe. However, I have to admit that the five sessions we had together has impacted me much more than some others. So THANK YOU for everything and THANK YOU for being such an awesome coach to me!” ~ Female, 30s, Middle Management
