    As a Coach & Development Consultant, I specialize in executive coaching and career transition coaching. I coach executives and their teams to build self-awareness, identify their passions and future goals, and take action to become the leaders they aspire to be. I also assist leaders who are transitioning to their roles to make a successful start, high potential leaders in building new skills & competencies, and ongoing leaders in developing effective leadership approaches with their teams.

    Facilitated the development of a C-Level team through a M&A/reorganization as they meshed into new roles

    Supported Hi-Po Director to move from tactical manager to strategic leader, as a result moving into VP role

    Worked with functional CFO to prepare for organizational CFO role and Board Member position

    Developed & supported program for 15 person Hi-Po group to build leadership capabilities through experiential learning

    Professional History

    I have spent my career assisting individuals & organizations with transformation by helping them understand their goals, their gaps, and which key decisions/actions are needed to generate results. Over the years I have honed my skills working as an internal & external consultant and in several internal roles as HR, Learning or Talent Leader in the Energy, Home Services, Heavy Equipment, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Technology industries.

    My roles have been in large and small, local and global organizations where I have led the discussions focused on leadership development, succession planning, and personal and team competency development.
    I serve clients from California to New York and several International locations; I work in-person or virtually with clients based upon need/location. With a strong understanding of business practices I am able to tie leadership development to the client’s business needs.

    The future is the focus; my clients can learn from the past but quickly become focused on the future impacts of their actions and behaviors.

    When working with clients, trust and relationship are everything. I work to create an environment where the client feels safe to explore new thoughts and take new actions that move them towards their goals.
