As a board member of Cornerstone International, I lead our Global Practice for Executive Coaching: 100 coaches world-wide, all professionally trained and recognized by the International Coaching Federation. We coach in 20 languages! I believe that Executive Coaching, Mentoring and Coaching Skills Training improves the lives of members of business/corporate communities. By supporting executive leaders and emerging leaders, we support positive change through the creation of a coaching mindset/culture.

Coaching Approach

We live in a polarized world; my clients lead in this demanding environment. My interest is the executive or emerging leader themselves. To lead, a leader must be trustworthy. To be trustworthy there is self-awareness. Working with seasoned executives or developing leaders, we explore the influencing ideas, sources of information and ask the question; how do we nurture our mentality and nurture the capacity for intelligent thought?
