I have over 23 years of corporate and consulting experiences as senior HR executive in Global Fortune 100 companies. I was the HR Vice President Asia Pacific of Sanofi and HR Director of IBM Global Emerging Market before my executive coach career. My leadership skills were developed in the diverse business cultures of global emerging markets such as China, India, Russia, Mexico and the Asia Pacific region.

I apply Goal, Reality, Options, Will(GROW) model to my clients. As a professional coach, it is critical to probe with right questions and effective listening skills. Empowering the client to take ownership for actions is the key for sustainable impact. Last but not least, coach’s presence and ability to build trust is the fundamental success factor.
