Tonya Johnson is an Executive and Leadership Coach & Trainer with over 20 years’ experience in organizational development, leadership coaching & training, executive coaching, corporate training, and career development.
She specializes in translating business strategies into developmental opportunities, developing and implementing leadership practices for first time and experienced leaders, and coaching individuals to improve performance and adjust behaviors.
During her career, she has worked with senior managers and executives, provided feedback on retention and morale issues, assisted companies experiencing major change, assimilated employees into new organizations, and coached thousands of people in career transition.
