Typical Clients
My clients tend to fall into four categories – executives who are in a career transition, who need the impetus to make the next step, women who are learning to balance executive roles whilst juggling the complexities of work life balance; middle level executives who have been promoted to senior position executives and are suddenly leading the teams that they were once part off. And lastly senior executives who want to develop their communication skills and their emotional intelligence or just learn to be more assertive.
Results Achieved
A female leader in the Manufacturing industry leading a predominantly male organization. She was dealing with the issue of `imposter syndrome´, whilst struggling to balance her work and family life, and the idea of the perfect role. After 6 months of coaching she decided that she was ready to take on a new challenge feeling empowered that we had worked through many of the issues which had arisen through the coaching.
A Senior Executive realized that whilst he was a ¨good boss¨, he was not able to deliver the tough messages that his team was needing to hear. We spent a couple of months working on communication and managing conflict, which gave him the skills to effectively manage tough messages.

Coaching Approach
I work with a number of tools and techniques depending on the situation. However, I find that the Harrison Assessment is certainly one that delivers a comprehensive overview of the coachee which then allows for leverage of the information garnered and adaptation to a situation.
