I coach teams and executives through working with the systemic interfaces that are intrinsically present in every facet of their operations and processes. I coach the decision-making processes, how delegation is executed and how the teams perform in their regular meetings and beyond.
As a systemic executive and team coach, I work very well with dynamic teams and organizations in the technology, banking & finance, real estate and private equity sectors. The common baseline with most of my clients is a solid drive for leaps in their progress and breakthroughs in how they operate and execute.
Working with a newly formed team in one of the top 10 technology companies in the world has been one of my favourite systemic team coaching experiences. The team included people with different backgrounds, nationalities and age groups. The complex diversity was a very sensitive issue in the eyes of upper management, however, it turned out to be one of its greatest strengths.
We worked over a two-day timeframe, each day with a different approach. On the first day, the team was coached through a framework of circular delegated processes so that the contribution to the team activity was evenly distributed, both in terms of responsibility and the input in each round of decision-making process.
On the second day, we worked towards changing the way the team was perceiving the potential for results, how they measure it through an adjusted set of KPIs and how they track their progress.
The results of the team’s performance were monitored for three months and the upper management shared with me that they were impressed with their progress and started implemented similar frameworks to work with other teams.
My core is entrepreneurial, having developed 4 companies over the last 20 years. Working with a vast diversity of people, cultures, backgrounds and building successful teams has helped me develop a natural, intuitive approach of how teams work that complements my professional coaching skills. For the last 8 years, I’ve worked with medium and large organizations in Canada, the US and Europe and accompanied their progress through systemic team coaching.
I am a proud member of the International Coaching Federation – Vancouver Chapter and I completed ICF ACSTH coach training at Metasysteme Coaching in 2012.
