Mui-Hong brings with her over 20 years of experience in talent management, human resource development and employee engagement. She partners senior leaders to co-design strategies to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience. Recently, she successfully led an employee engagement initiative and saw significant improvements in employee engagement in a benchmark study.
She has profiled over a thousand individuals and provided management and teams with timely insights to navigate leadership and workplace challenges. Besides designing and facilitating leadership, team development, performance management and career transition programmes, she thrives in coaching and stretching individuals to turn learning into performance.
Previously, as Director of Swarf Global, she was responsible for driving leadership and cross-cultural competency development. Prior to this, she had the privilege of serving in the Singapore Public Service (PS) where she received numerous accolades, including the PS Commendation Medal. Today, she continues to influence PS leaders in strategic workforce transformation.
Mui-Hong received the Nadler Leadership Award from The George Washington University where she graduated with a MA in Education & Human Development, and the Fowler Prize in Psychology from The University of Western Australia with first class honours.
