Results Achieved
I coached a manager from an international professional services organization over four months, to increase her internal credibility. We assessed her strengths and explored how they can be leveraged. We also identified some patterns which she started replacing with more helpful ones. In addition, we considered new perspectives to help her empathize with and bring meaningful value to her colleagues. As a result of our partnership, she reported an increased self-awareness regarding her needs and values as well as a deeper self-confidence. This allowed her to have more productive and courageous conversations with her colleagues and superiors. Moreover, it empowered her to leverage her skills and bring more value to her team and therefore increase her credibility.
I coached a team of a renowned university over 7 weeks, leading to an improvement in 9 out of 10 team effectiveness measures, with 22% to 38% improvement in trust level, overall team effectiveness and commitment to team objectives. These results were achieved through individual and team coaching, as well as facilitated workshops that increased their team cohesiveness and performance.

In addition, I have a proven track record of increasing team effectiveness, improving business processes and increasing employee engagement. Over the years, I have observed a broad range of human behavior and organizational systems, which I bring to my coaching conversations.
