Most of my clients are middle to senior level executives, high potential leaders or C-suite executives. Many are faced with managing change not only within their own organization but often within their own sectors and the business world they operate in. Consequently, I support many of my clients in transitioning from their role to one in a very different ‘place’.
Retaining their unique leadership ‘DNA’ that has helped them secure the success they have already achieved, I draw immense satisfaction in supporting them in developing their talents and behaviours to achieve even greater personal and professional fulfilment.
I have been privileged to coach young and bright potential leaders through to experienced & successful businessmen and entrepreneurs who, in some cases have (initially) challenged the tangible benefits an Executive Coach can bring to them and their organization.
Irrespective of the ‘type’ of business and the sector it operates in, I find many potential and existing senior leaders face similar challenges to how they can stay, not only ‘ahead of’ but ‘in touch with’ the increasingly complex and sophisticated ‘game’. Two factors remain constant: leadership and relationship management. I am fortunate enough to support executives in achieving high standards in both.
I began my career in Employee Relations with Land Rover and over the next 25 years I was fortunate enough to work in the UK, USA & EMEA with other global organisations.
These included Xerox, BET and The RAC. Front-line leadership experience of mergers & acquisitions and the ‘turn-around’ of B2B companies.
I also operated as a lead consultant for international HR change management projects in the UK, Europe & USA.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Technology & Management from the University of Bradford.
I hold a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching and I am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1500 coaching hours with the International Coaching Federation.

My coaching methodology is people-centred and has been heavily influenced by my 30+ years of business experience, where I worked in senior HR, Business Development and General Management roles, across a broad range of sectors. I work with individuals and organisations that are seeking to utilise my coaching in support of clearly identified and aligned development goals for both parties.
My coaching style also reflects my background and knowledge from my global organisational experience.
My coaching is highly adaptive to the individual and organisational goals, utilising a challenging but supportive strategy and ultimately practical approach to achieve measurable and sustainable change!
