Partner Gonzalo Door has over 30 years of top management responsibilities as General Manager and Director of Commercial, Sales, as well as Talent Development Manager with leading multinational Consumer Goods Corporations (e.g., Procter & Gamble, Supermax). His business background includes entrepreneurship experience as Director and Partner in Talent Management and Executive Search firms.
Managing Partner, Raul Coz, has over 20 years of experience across 25 countries leading Marketing and Business Development platforms in Dow Jones Companies like Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and Stiefel Laboratories (now Glaxo SmithKline). Raul’s background includes a bold business development consulting practice with privately-owned companies in the USA and Latin America.
Now based in Miami Florida, Raul has lived in Peru, Mexico, and the U.S., and has managed businesses as Marketing Director, Business Development Director, and General Manager in diverse geographies including South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and the US.
