Jyotsna is Vice President based in Cornerstone International Group’s Mumbai office. She independently manages searches in Senior Management positions in Manufacturing, Hospitality, NGO, and automotive sectors. She also develops business with new and existing clients.
Previous Experience
Jyotsna brings six years of experience to her search work. Before joining Cornerstone, she was Consultant with a prominent local executive search firm in Mumbai. During this time, she executed a number of prestigious searches for Indian and multi-national firms. Prior to her career in search, she held various positions in the customer services industry. Being part of the services industry has conditioned her to be focused and committed, instilling the importance of working as part of a team and achieving excellence.
Education
Jyotsna is a Management graduate. She also has a Post Graduate diploma in Training and Development from ISTD and an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality.
Additional Activity
Jyotsna is an avid reader and a blogger and would love to “spend a quiet evening with a good book “. She is a member of an International NGO, promoting peace, culture and education for the happiness and welfare of all humanity based on Buddhist respect for the sanctity of life. She feels that people can only live fully by helping others to live.
