Experience
Her career spans 25 years in the IT and healthcare industry in Taiwan, including 20 years in Corporate work and five years with HR consulting firms.
Over the years, she has successfully completed numerous strategic hiring assignments for senior and director level roles. These include Country Manager, Business Director, Medical Director, Head of Government Affairs, Regulatory Manager and Marketing Manager for leading companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical and life science industries.
Prior to joining Cornerstone International Group, Frances worked as a Senior Consultant for other HR consulting firms serving a number of multinationals and Taiwanese companies on HR related challenges. Her Corporate engagements include HP/ Compaq and St. Jude Medical where she worked as the head of Human Resources.

Frances has a bachelor degree from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan, majoring in Economics. She is a native Taiwanese.
