Italy Rocked By Management Changes Of 2014

Italian GNP is not going to show significant recovery in 2015 and this means that the major driving factor for executive search in Italy and the expansion of companies and of their management forces will again not be contributing.

Frustrating as this sounds, the general situation will be no worse than the previous four years and, in fact, some improvements are expected to show-up. This is relevant mainly to Executive Search, as Assessment (both individual and group) will continue positively as it has in in the recent past.

The major happenings in 2015 are mainly the implementation of what happened in the second half of 2014 when the top state-owned or controlled corporations changed their top management.
